Overview
Israel Amplified is a conference that brings fraternity and sorority students together with pro-Israel organizations to learn, network and strategize new ways to get more Greek students to stand up in support of Israel.
Through educational sessions, group problem-solving and individualized mentoring sessions, each participant will choose from topics like the environment, politics, advocacy, philanthropy, travel, social events and more to focus their efforts and become experts in motivating others to understand why Israel is such an important issue.
Model events and expert speakers will demonstrate easy and effective programs that everyone can bring to their campuses.
Since 2006, Israel Amplified has resulted in hundreds of student-run programs on campus by exposing more than 300 Greek students to training and speakers like
- US Congressman Eliot Engel (D-NY)
- Knesset Member Yoel Hasson
- Israeli Consul General Orli Gil
- NIC National President Marc Katz
- Israel21c founder Larry Weinberg
- National executives from Greek-letter organizations
- Experienced staff from dozens of pro-Israel organizations

Registration
Israel Amplified 2010 will begin in the afternoon on Sunday, August 15, and will conclude midday on Wednesday, August 18. Any undergraduate student who is currently a member of a Greek-letter organization may apply.
The cost of the conference is $125, of which $18 will be donated to an Israeli charity that the participants select at the conference. All travel, food and lodging are included.

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance on a rolling basis starting mid-May, 2010.
Location
Israel Amplified 2010 will be held at the Capital Camps Retreat Center outside Baltimore, Maryland. Lodging arrangements will be made for you.
Travel
Travel to Baltimore will be booked exclusively through the Israel on Campus Coalition’s online travel system. Accepted participants will be provided with log-in information and instructions. Travel expenses for arrangements made outside this system will not be reimbursed.
