Once a month the ICC hosts an online seminar and discusses various topics to educate participants about Israel advocacy. The interactives are for campus professionals, partner organization staff, and interested members of the community. They serve as primers for dealing with anti-Israel events on campus, answering tough student-questions, rethinking the communal approach to Israel advocacy, and tactics for pushing students and staff to raise the bar on campus Israel events.
*Signing up for interactives is easy – just find the next one below and email Tracy Altman at taltman@israelcc.org to RSVP and get the login information.
Upcoming Interactives:
February 15 at 2pm ET- Strategic Messaging About Israel on Campus
Nathan Klein, Director of Research and Messaging, has been leading TIP’s research work among both Jewish and non-Jewish students. The projects, including focus groups conducted by esteemed political consultants Neil Newhouse, Stan Greenberg, and Frank Luntz, recently culminated in a landmark quantitative study of environments and messaging on American college campuses. This study, conducted in partnership between TIP and AICE, takes a statistical look at target groups on campuses, and how to reach them through strategic and tactical messaging to make a difference in opinion regarding Israel. We will also hear from USC Hillel Executive Director Michael Jeser about the ways that he has utilized the information as well as other campus-related studies.
Please join us for a very informative Interactive on this study and how it can be applied to your Israel work on campus.
