Free Israel Photos is a website dedicated to bringing free-to-use great photographs of the land of Israel. They are making the photographs free so you can make whatever website, book, brochure you want with them. All they ask is that you credit their site.
Free-to-use means that they are releasing their photos under a Creative Commons license. See
