Galillee College in Israel is offering different summer programs for 2008:
1.
A Religious Mosaic in the Holy Land (July 2 - August 5) - The participants will spend five weeks in the Holy Land studying the three great monotheistic traditions, Judaism, Christianity and Islam (as well as other traditions which are present in Israel), the history of these traditions, its connections to the Land of Israel/Palestine and its relevance to Modern Israel and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

2.
Political Science & Middle East Studies (July 2 - August 5) - The program aims to present an overview of the history of the Land of Israel-Palestine, acquaint the students with the different ethnic and religious groups in the region, their way of life, beliefs, views and inter-relations; present different perspectives and views regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and deepen participants' understanding of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and current issues.

Hebrew Language Studies – Intensive Hebrew Summer Ulpan (July 2 - August 5) -
The program focuses on intensive and effective learning, with the combination of study tours and social activities to practice the studies.

4.
Arabic Language Studies (2 July - 5 August) -
Lectures by expert Arabic teachers (MSA), study tours to historical sites and activities will offer the students additional first hand experience of the region and language. The program includes a series of Arabic films, a lecture series and field trips to places of cultural interest in the Galillee area, including Arab restaurants and meetings with Arabic NGOs.
