PresenTense Summer Fellowship in Israel

You still have the exclusive opportunity to be part of PresenTense Fellowship 2009!

The PresenTense Fellowship brings together innovators on the cutting edge of creativity: programmers and designers, informal educators and rappers, nonprofit managers and biotech visionaries—anyone with a vision and a portfolio of innovation who is dedicated to solving problems facing the Jewish People and the World.

The PresenTense Fellowship is an intensive six-week bootcamp for social entrepreneurs in Jerusalem, Israel from June 15 - July 26, 2009—where fellows are trained in the practical skills of social start-up development and are helped by PresenTense and the PresenTense Network to launch their ventures into the world.

We welcome you to apply to the second round of applications due Sunday, March 15th. This round will be for Chair specific applicants only although general application may be submitted to the waiting list.

This year special scholarships are available in: Online Community Organizing, Congregation Renewal, Educational Technology, Israeli Civic Engagement, Organizational Greening (New York specific), Israel Education (K-12) , Jewish Learning, or improve an aspect of PresenTense.

Sponsored Chairs include: Covenant Foundation, Josh and Rena Kopelman Foundation, Sheldon and Anat Wipranik, Lippman Kanfer Family Foundation, Israel Center, PresenTense.

Fellows accepted receive scholarship to cover tuition -- and can apply for residency for the course of the summer.
